Round 2 of the Healthy Habits Heptathlon has ended! We made it! Jennie wins in the Individual category, and Team 4 (Jan and Shauna) win in the group category. Congratulations!

Jennie, and Team 4, now get to request their prizes from the rest of us! The criteria for choosing a prize are described in this post. Once they decide what they would like from the other players/teams, winners can post their request to the Heptathlon Facebook page. The other players/teams should preferably take no longer than a week to fulfill the requests.

Congratulations to everyone who participated, and especially those who stuck it out and played through to the end! We should all be proud of ourselves regardless of how we ended up point-wise, because we took steps and created habits to improve our health and ourselves. Thank you to each of you for playing the game with us. We hope everyone feels that they got something out of it, and learned something new about healthy habits and/or about themselves. I hope that we're able to continue the habits that we felt were most beneficial to us individually, and that we'll continue to support our friends and families in making healthy choices that help us joyfully live up to our potential.
