Sorry it took so long to get this up, the consensus on maintenance bonus point is that you have to be at or below the previous weeks weight (not your starting weight) I believe that is how most people are doing it but I just wanted to clarify :) Here are the results for week 3
Oh and does anyone have any ideas on how to break the ties? So many of you are doing fantastic that you will be sharing all the money. One idea I had was to have different bonus points for the week. For example one week you could get an extra point for eating 5 veggies instead of 3 or exercise an extra day, have no sweets for the week. If we came up with a list, I could have Danny randomize it and we could focus on one thing for the week.
